The Abisko is almost a perfect softshell, but done in Fjällräven’s own way. The front and shoulders are made from G-1000 Lite, a polycotton mix that can be waxed; the back, sleeves and hood are a very stretchy Polymide/Elsatane mix. It’s long, the arms are long and it fits well and feels high quality. The hood is tight-fitting and adjustable. Quibbles? The pockets are too low, and it’s quite pricey.
