Lightweight and compact this kit is designed for solo use. The contents are okay but omit some items I consider essential – instruction leaflet, painkillers and blister dressings. The contents list on the inner pouch says it contains aspirin, ibuprofen and paracetamol but there were none inside. There is a sheet of moleskin for blisters – I remember using this stuff some 30 years ago! It’s nowhere near as efficient as gel blister dressings though. The waterproof pouch is nice and with customised contents this would be a good kit.
