For the price, the Stream Air is a reasonable pack with an okay design. The back system will support 10- 12kg loads. However the framesheet is not as stiff as on other packs and easily distorts under pressure. This means that care has to be taken when packing. Even with such care I could always feel the scapular pads pressing on my back. The pack hugs the back and stability is good.

There’s a lower zipped compartment, which is pretty small and seems pointless in a pack this size. The lid and side mesh pockets are on the small side too. The front mesh pocket is quite roomy. The lid extends to cover a large load. While not lightweight, the weight of this pack is reasonable.
