Maymana Arefin (she/they) is a London-based writer, community organiser and facilitator who founded @fungi.futures, a space to map radical alternative futures guided by her joy and passion for fungi. Through her research on how mycelium networks of fungi may be a metaphor for mutual aid and leading nature immersions, plant and fungi walks, her work focuses on deep rest and restoring communion with non-human kin.
