Páramo never quite fits into our review categories and that’s no bad thing. The Bora is an exceptionally light windproof layer. It’s a smock with a pocket across the front. There are also two generous zips down either side which allow for ventilation and access to whatever is worn below it. I really struggled with getting the hood right however. It’s pretty water-resistant, as you’d expect.
