I’ve tried several good Marmot softshells in the past but this is the best. The hood is adjustable and designed to fit under a waterproof and there’s a stiffened peak, but it flaps around in the wind. The pockets are well-placed and big and there’s a little media pocket inside. It’s very breathable around the back, and comfy. It costs a fair bit though.
